Support Samaritan's families by making mini clay heart keepsakes for our staff to share as part of a ritual with our families who just lost their loved one on Samaritan’s services by placing the heart in the caregiver’s hand to honor and memorialize the patient.

REQUIRED SIZE: ***MINI*** 1.5" wide, 1/4" thick.***
Any hearts that are not this size CANNOT be used.

Make as many as you like - once or ongoing. Service hours awarded for every hour you work. Supplies NOT provided.

SPECIFICATIONS
SUPPLIES:
- Sculpey-brand clay ONLY. Other brands do not hold up. Available in craft stores and online, including, Polymer Clay Superstore https://polymerclaysuperstore.com/search?q=sculpey+iii&type=product.
- Heart cutters - mini (1.5" wide) ONLY - please, do not hand-form
DIRECTIONS:
-Blend colors together to create a marbled effect. NO SOLID colors.
-Cut out with mini cutter and load onto baking tray. Clay doesn't spread.
-Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes.
-Let cool, and they're done! DO NOT GLAZE OR COAT WITH ANY SPRAY.
