As a Guest Check-In Ambassador, you will be one of the first friendly faces guests see when they arrive at our 8th Anniversary Red Carpet Gala: Roar for a Reason. This role is essential in creating a warm, organized, and welcoming first impression for all attendees. Volunteers will assist with guest registration, verify names, distribute event materials, answer general questions, and direct guests to the appropriate areas of the venue. Your professionalism and hospitality will help ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist with guest registration and check-in.
- Distribute event programs, name tags, and other event materials.
- Answer general event questions and provide directions throughout the venue.
- Maintain an organized and efficient check-in area.
- Communicate any guest concerns or special accommodations to the event team.
Dress Code
Volunteers are asked to wear business formal or formal attire to complement the elegance of our red carpet gala. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, as this role requires standing and walking for extended periods. A volunteer name badge will be provided upon arrival.
