In recognition of the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks , RCSJ Serves will bring together students, faculty, staff, departments, clubs, and community partners for a unified Week of Service across both campuses.This initiative is designed not only to commemorate the day, but to reflect and replicate the spirit of unity, compassion, and service that emerged in the days that followed. Through meaningful, hands-on projects, we will support campus and community needs while building a visible culture of engagement across Rowan College of South Jersey.
Not only will volunteers participate in service projects, they will have the opportunity to meet local nonprofit organizations where they will learn how to continue their volunteer journey beyond RCSJ Serves. We’re inviting organizations to come out and join us by tabling during the event to showcase their mission, connect with passionate volunteers, and build lasting partnerships within our community.
DETAILS
Dates: September 8, 9, 10, 2026 - you will be asked what date(s) you would like to participate when you register
Time: 9:30am - 2pm (all three days)
Location: Rowan College of South Jersey - Gloucester (Sewell, NJ) & Cumberland (Vineland, NJ) Campuses
Tabling: Organizations are welcome to use this opportunity to simply share their mission and existing volunteer needs. They may also hold a small volunteer project at their table.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- For NPO Exhibition registration, we are using Get Connected for a seamless date and location selection process. If you do not have one already, you will need to create a personal account on our site to register.
- Date and location participation is a first come first serve basis. Spots are limited to 5 nonprofits per day per location.
- Your organization is welcome to join us for as many dates and locations as you would like.
- Organizations will have one table with two chairs and one black table cloth . Feel free to bring your own coverings and any other tabling materials.
- 9:30-10:00am is designated for set-up.
