As part of our Global Volunteer Month efforts, we are supporting Clean Ocean Action with their spring Beach Sweep.
VCSJ is supporting Clean Ocean Action by being a Captain for their North Wildwood Beach Sweep. This event takes place on April 12, 2025 at the Hereford Inlet Beach in North Wildwood from 9am - 12:30pm. To register to volunteer with us, please follow the following instructions:
- Do NOT respond to this need.
- Regardless if you respond to this need, you MUST register with Clean Ocean Action here.
- Follow all the instructions on COA's registration form.
- When you get to "Group Organization Affiliation" type "Volunteer Center of South Jersey".
- Select "Cape May County", then "North Wildwood - Hereford Inlet Beach" in the drop downs.
You are more than welcome to participate in another Beach Sweep if you choose! COA manages all volunteers for this event, and will contact you with more information. For other Beach Sweeps information, click here.
