We're also seeking dedicated volunteers to help make this event a success. Whether you have a few hours to spare or want to immerse yourself in the fun, we have multiple volunteer roles available. Here’s where you can assist:
- Registration Team (4-5 people): Welcome guests, check them in, and provide a smooth start to their evening.
- 50/50 Ticket Sales (2 people): Engage with attendees by selling raffle tickets for our 50/50 drawing, adding to the excitement.
- Basket Ticket Sales (2 people): Help participants purchase tickets for our themed gift baskets and keep the momentum going.
- Bag/Basket Runners (3 people): Be in the action! Collect tickets, hand out bags and baskets to winners, and take their pictures.
- Kitchen Helpers (4 people): Assist with food and refreshments to ensure everyone is well-fed and happy.
- Parking Attendants (2 people): Direct attendees to parking spots and provide a warm welcome as they arrive.
Please be aware that if you have a specific area your would like to serve, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all applicants be open to serve in any area that is needed.
