PrayersForAddi is a South Jersey 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children with congenital heart disease and spreading awareness on Pediatric Congenital Heart Disease
What We Do
At PrayersForAddi, we provide hope, support, and practical assistance to families of children with congenital heart disease and other critical medical conditions. Through financial assistance, care packages, essential household items, family support programs, and community outreach, we help ease the burdens families face while reminding them they are never alone.
