Volunteer: Administrative Support VolunteerThe Oxx Foundation is seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Support Volunteer to help with the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep our programs, events, and community services moving forward. The Oxx Foundation supports individuals and families affected by Parkinson’s disease through education, movement, creativity, peer connection, and community outreach. This volunteer will work closely with the Foundation’s leadership team and play an important role in helping us stay organized and responsive to our community. Responsibilities may include: Assisting with emails, phone calls, correspondence, and appointment schedulingEntering and updating volunteer, donor, sponsor, and program informationPreparing forms, flyers, packets, sign-in sheets, and other materialsOrganizing electronic and paper filesTracking registrations, attendance, volunteer hours, and follow-up tasksHelping prepare thank-you letters and acknowledgmentsSupporting program and event planningCompleting general administrative and organizational projects as neededIdeal volunteer: Is dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Communicates professionally and respectfully Is comfortable using email and basic computer programs Can maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information Works independently while also being comfortable asking questions Has administrative or nonprofit experience, although it is not requiredTime commitment: Approximately 4 hours per week with flexible scheduling Location: Hybrid opportunity with remote and in-person work available in Toms River, New Jersey Age requirement: 18 or older This is a meaningful opportunity to use your organizational skills to support a growing nonprofit and help improve the lives of people facing Parkinson’s disease. This volunteer will help secure the resources needed to expand our impact throughout Ocean County and surrounding New Jersey communities.
