Responsibilities:
• Arrange tables and chairs
• Set up activity and egg hunt stations
• Decorate event areas
• Organize supplies and signage
• Assist team leads with final preparations

Arrival time: 10:00 AM

Help us capture the joy and memories of our Spring Fling! Photographer volunteers document special moments throughout the event so families and our community can look back on a day full of smiles.

Responsibilities:
• Take candid photos of activities and families (with consent)
• Capture key moments like the egg hunt, crafts, and bunny photos
• Highlight inclusive and joyful interactions
• Share photos with the event team after the event

Ideal volunteers enjoy photography, have a creative eye, and are respectful when photographing families and children. Have a camera.

General volunteers help keep the Spring Fling running smoothly by supporting different areas of the event wherever help is needed. This flexible role is perfect for those who enjoy jumping in, assisting families, and being part of the overall flow of the day.

Craft Station Leaders guide children and families through spring-themed crafts, helping create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive space for creativity during the Spring Fling.

• Restock materials and keep the area organized
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment
