Appel Farm Arts & Music Center and Creativity CoLaboratory Charter School are about to embark on their annual transition from camp to a Charter school starting on Monday, August 17th and we could use your help.
We are looking for friends who would enjoy a sense of accomplishment and gratification in cleaning and prepping a site for 192 students to start school in a couple of weeks. We have the following opportunities available starting on Monday, August 17th:
• Prepping the inside of buildings including cleaning classroom & bathroom spaces
• Washing windows & blinds
• Painting
• Powerwashing the outside of buildings
• Mowing & weed whacking
If anyone is available mid-week, we could really use indoor assistance on Tuesday, August 18th and Wednesday, August 19th as the school will be bringing furniture into the classrooms starting August 19th. Ideally, we would like the spaces cleaned before the school furniture is moved in.
If you have experience in running tractors, lawn mowers, golf carts, floor scrubbers and other maintenance equipment, we would love your assistance too.
