You can provide a welcoming presence to guests and our patients' families at our Inpatient Center at our front desk. You’ll greet and escort our patients’ families our to their loved ones’ rooms, answer and direct phone calls, and provide clerical support as needed. Shifts available 7 days/week, as follows: 8a-11a, 11a-2p, 2-5p.
We are looking for you if you have good communication and listening skills, a nonjudgmental attitude, reliability, flexibility, and compassion.
Samaritan is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian agency caring for people with serious, progressive illness and grief throughout Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, and Mercer counties.

Please note: All who have experienced the loss of a significant family member or friend must wait one year from date of loss to begin the volunteer process.
