About King of Grace:

At King of Grace, our core mission is rooted in a simple, powerful belief: uplifting and helping those who are less fortunate. We believe that a community is only as strong as its willingness to support one another.

About the Event: 

We are hosting Grace Day  Community Day this August. This special event is designed to to bring our community closer than ever before. We are uniting local families, vendors, activities, and free giveaways to create a day of joy and connection. Most importantly, we are bringing together true pillars of the community to provides vital resources, guidance, and strength where its needed most. 

Who it serves: Cherry Hill & local surrounding area 

Responsibilities to Include:

Shift 1, 

Event Setup & Launch (8:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

-Be Punctual: Prompt arrival at 8:00 AM is mandatory to ensure everything starts exactly at 10:00 AM.

-Vendor Check-In: Greet incoming vendors and guide them to their assigned spaces.

-Site Setup: Set up 10x10 canopies, tables, chairs, and signage.

-Giveaway Prep: Organize the bookbags, school gear, and clear gift bags at the main tent.

-Kickoff: Welcome the first wave of guests as doors open at 10:00 AM.


Shift 2,

Mid-Day Operations (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Crowd Flow: Manage lines at the food stations, moon bounces, and activities.

Distribution: Hand out free giveaways and resource materials to families.

Hospitality: Station volunteers at the entrance to welcome guests with a smile.

Grounds Care: Do quick sweeps to keep the event area clean and safe


Shift 3, Afternoon Operations (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Shift Handover: Take over line management and distribution stations seamlessly.

Vendor Support: Check in on vendors and pillars of the community for any needs.

Activity Assistance: Keep afternoon games and family activities running smoothly.

Main Maintenance: Empty full trash bins and restock giveaway tables.


Shift 4: Event Closing & Breakdown (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Final Wave: Assist the remaining event guests until the 6:00 PM closing time.

Vendor Departure: Help vendors safely pack down their booths and load vehicles.

Site Breakdown: Pack away organization tables, chairs, canopies, and banners.

Final Cleanup: Clear the entire park grounds of all trash to leave the space spotless.
