Set-Up Crew Volunteers will help our team prepare the venue before guests arrive for our 8th Anniversary Red Carpet Gala, “Roar for a Reason.” Volunteers may assist with setting up tables and chairs, organizing decorations, preparing guest areas, arranging event materials, and helping with other final set-up needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event decorations and displays
- Set up tables, chairs, and event areas as needed
- Organize materials and supplies
- Help with any last-minute preparations
- Work alongside our team to ensure the venue is ready by 5:00 PM
Volunteer Shift: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
