Bring holiday joy as the Sensory-Friendly Santa for the From We Can’t to We Can Christmas Social! In this role, you will warmly greet children and families, take photos, and help create a calm, inclusive, and magical Christmas moment for every guest — especially those with sensory sensitivities or additional needs.
You’ll work alongside a trained support team (elves/handlers, photographer assistant, and accessibility volunteers) to ensure every child feels safe, respected, and celebrated.
Time: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Masso’s Orchard Garden, 210 Delsea Dr S, Glassboro, NJ 08028
Key Responsibilities:

Greet children and families with warmth and patience

Maintain a gentle, non-overwhelming Santa presence (soft voice, calm gestures)

Adapt interactions using visual prompts, cues, or quiet/slow pacing

Pose for photos and support positive family moments

Respect sensory preferences, boundaries, and consent cues

Collaborate with handlers to ensure smooth transitions

Take short breaks as needed to stay calm and grounded
Dress Code:
Full Santa costume provided or approved. Natural beard welcome but not required.
No loud bells, flashing lights, or strong scents (sensory-friendly environment).
