As part of the Teardown Crew for the From We Can’t to We Can Christmas Social, you’ll help reset the venue once the celebration wraps up. This team ensures all spaces are cleaned, packed, and organized so the venue is left spotless and all supplies return safely to storage.
This role is perfect for volunteers who don't mind rolling up their sleeves and ending the day strong as part of our last crew on-site.
Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Masso’s Orchard Garden, 210 Delsea Dr S, Glassboro, NJ 08028
Key Tasks:

Assist in breaking down stations (craft tables, photo areas, calm room, etc.)

Pack supplies, décor, and equipment carefully

Collect signage, extension cords, and sensory-friendly materials

Reset chairs/tables and tidy venue spaces

Sweep, wipe surfaces, and check all areas for left items

Support lost & found processing and donation items transportation
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Holiday spirit and teamwork energy encouraged!
