General Volunteers for the From We Can’t to We Can Christmas Social help bring joy and seamless support to families throughout the event. In this flexible role, you’ll assist wherever help is most needed — from greeting guests, guiding families to stations, supporting activities, restocking supplies, and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and sensory-friendly environment for all.
You will be the heart of the event, ensuring families feel supported, included, and celebrated from start to finish.
Time: 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM
Location: Masso’s Orchard Garden, 210 Delsea Dr S, Glassboro, NJ 08028
Key Tasks:
- Greet families with warmth and assist with directions
- Support activity stations, crafts, Santa line, and photo areas
- Help maintain calm, organized transitions and sensory-friendly practices
- Assist with light setup/reset of materials during shift transitions
- Answer questions and guide guests to resources or leads
- Jump in to help wherever needed to keep the event running smoothly
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes; festive holiday touches encouraged
