As a Craft Station Leader for the From We Can’t to We Can Christmas Social, you’ll help guide fun, inclusive holiday crafts while ensuring the space stays welcoming and sensory-friendly. You’ll assist children and families with materials, model activities, encourage creativity, and help keep the area organized and calm
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with kids, loves hands-on activities, and can support a friendly, patient environment for all abilities.
Time: 12:30 to 5:30
Location: Masso’s Orchard Garden, 210 Delsea Dr S, Glassboro, NJ 08028
Key Tasks:
- Set up craft supplies and activity stations
- Welcome families and explain the craft activity
- Assist children with cutting, gluing, drawing, or decorating
- Provide sensory-friendly alternatives as needed
- Keep tables tidy, sanitize tools between groups, and restock supplies
- Use clear, gentle communication and encourage positive participation
- Coordinate transitions to support flow and prevent overstimulation
