Setup Crew volunteers assist with unloading supplies, arranging tables and chairs, decorating stations, and preparing sensory-friendly spaces.
You’ll make sure every area—from crafts to Santa’s setup—is welcoming, safe, and accessible for all families.

Key Tasks:
- Unload vehicles and organize event materials
- Assemble tables, chairs, and décor
- Set up arts & crafts, calm room, and photo areas
- Hang signage and confirm pathways are clear
- Support other teams as needed before doors open
Dress Code: Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (you may be lifting or moving items). Festive touches welcome!
