Kids Alley is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to bringing hope, love, and education to children and families in Camden, Pennsauken, and surrounding communities. Through our programs — including the Kids Alley Learning Center — we provide a safe, supportive, and enriching environment where children can grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our mission is to build strong hearts, strong minds, and strong bodies while sharing the love of Jesus in practical and meaningful ways.

Join our team as a Learning Center Mentor and make a lasting impact in the lives of children! From 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, you’ll work alongside our dedicated staff to help students succeed academically while also supporting their personal growth and confidence.

Whether you’re helping with homework, encouraging students during recreational time, or simply being a positive role model, your presence matters. We also highly encourage bilingual (Spanish-speaking) volunteers to apply, as your skills can make a meaningful difference in connecting with our diverse community.

As a Learning Center Homework Mentor, you will:

Overview
We are seeking passionate, energetic, and Christ-centered volunteers to join our Saturday Live Children’s Ministry Team. As a Children’s Volunteer, you’ll play an important role in helping kids connect with God’s Word, experience meaningful relationships, and develop life-changing skills. This opportunity is open to our regular volunteers as well as new applicants from the public who feel called to serve.

Don't know much about the Bible? That's okay! As long as you have a heart for kids, you'll fit in just fine.

Opportunities to Serve:  
- Crafts – Get creative and guide kids through fun projects.  
- Games – Lead exciting, interactive activities.  
- Passing Out Food – Serve children and families with care and love.

SPECIALTY ROLES AVAILABLE

We’re also looking for people experienced or excited to learn in these areas:  

- Puppeteering – Bring Bible stories to life in a fun way!  
- Leading Worship – Help kids connect with God through music.  
- Leading Bible Lessons – Teach God’s Word in an engaging, kid-friendly way.
