Healthy HeARTS Festival

Appel Farm Arts & Music Center, an arts education leader in South Jersey, is celebrating Fall with our third-annual Healthy Hearts Festival on November 2nd from 10am-12:30pm. This event honors the wellness of mind, body and community through the arts, and is open to all ages, free of charge.  

The festival starts with a beautiful 5k fundraiser and 1-mile fun run/walk, kicking off at 10am, with pre-registration required. All proceeds from this activity will directly support Appel Farm’s art programming throughout South Jersey, making a positive impact on the local community.  

After the race, this free, family-friendly event open to the public also includes live music, local food vendors, and family-friendly art making activities for all ages. Don’t forget to visit the wellness resource tables featuring local partners, where you can learn about services and resources including health screenings and educational materials for review.

There are many volunteer needs from assisting with the race, parking, vendor check-in, welcome tent, art making supervision, facilities set-up and breakdown, advance marketing and street teaming, surveying audience members, and social media promotion at the event.
