Shore Saves (YWD)

Mission: To provide care, comfort, and compassion to animals in need while finding them loving homes and families.

Shore Saves is a non-profit animal rescue group run exclusively by volunteers in central New Jersey dedicated to providing care, comfort, and compassion to dogs in need.

While Shore Saves only began in 2021, our volunteers and Board members have been working with animals for decades. We saw the need for compassionate volunteers to save animals around the country – and so began the story of Shore Saves!

Based in Monmouth County, NJ, we work to save dogs from local and southern shelters where they would have otherwise been euthanized due to overcrowding.

We are always in need of help running our shelter, working with animals, fundraising, and more! There are so many things you can do to help us save more dogs.
